T-Pain will return to Tallahassee to host a benefit concert at the Tallahassee-Leon County Civic Center on Saturday, March 31 in partnership with FSU’s Headliner Artist Series. In the mid-60’s the first student run programming board at Florida State University was created, the Union Program Council (UPC). Around 1970 the board changed its name to the Leisure Programs Office (LPO) and again in 1979 the name changed
