San Diego-based indie veterans Pinback will be stopping by Club Downunder on October 23 for what is sure to be a show to remember. The band is focused around Amristead Burwell Smith IV and Rob Crow, with an ever-changing line up supporting the duo in their creation of postmodern indie pop. The group is currently working on a new album, tentatively scheduled to be released in 2010. The record will be released by Temporary Residence, due to Pinback’s former label, Touch and Go, announcing earlier this year they will no longer be releasing new music.
Opening the show is international math rock band Bellini.
